Who We Are
Puripep LLC, a Wyoming-registered limited liability company, operates puripep.com. We respect your privacy and limit data collection to what is necessary to fulfill your order.
What We Collect
When you place an order or create an account, we collect:
- Name and shipping address (for delivery)
- Email address (for order confirmation and updates)
- Phone number (optional, for delivery coordination)
- Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card numbers)
- Order history
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your cart contents and login session. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
How We Use Your Data
- Fulfill orders and ship products
- Send order confirmation, shipping, and account emails
- Improve our products and service
- Comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax records)
Who We Share With
We share only what’s needed:
- Stripe — payment processing
- U.S. shipping carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS) — delivery
- Resend / SMTP provider — email delivery
We never sell or share your personal data with marketers or third parties for advertising purposes.
Data Retention
We retain order data for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance. Account data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.
Your Rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing contact@puripep.com. We respond within 30 days.
Security
The Site is served over HTTPS. Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Payment processing is handled by Stripe (PCI-DSS Level 1 certified). We never store payment card information on our servers.
Children
Puripep does not knowingly serve customers under 21 years of age. We do not collect data from minors.
International Customers
We currently ship within the United States only. International data transfers do not apply.
Changes
This policy may be updated. Material changes will be notified by email to active customers.
