1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or purchasing from puripep.com (the “Site”), operated by Puripep LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Research Use Only

All products sold by Puripep LLC are strictly for laboratory research and authorized professional use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, cosmetic application, food additive use, or any in-vivo administration. Customers represent that they are a qualified researcher, laboratory, or institution and will use products solely within the scope of legitimate scientific inquiry.

3. Eligibility

Customers must be 21 years of age or older and legally entitled to receive research-grade peptides in their jurisdiction. We ship within the United States only.

4. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

All orders are subject to acceptance by Puripep LLC. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, or use prohibited by law.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

6. Shipping

Flat $14.99 shipping on all U.S. orders, free shipping on orders over $250. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days and delivered within 48 hours via tracked express carrier. Plain, unbranded packaging.

7. Quality and CoA

Every batch is independently HPLC-tested and ships with a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis. We guarantee ≥ 99 % HPLC purity at the time of release. Sequence verification and mass-spec identity confirmation are performed on every lot.

8. Limitation of Liability

Puripep LLC’s liability for any product is limited to the purchase price paid. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of any product.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and Certificates of Analysis — is the property of Puripep LLC and protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, U.S.A. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
