Shipping policy

U.S. only

Puripep ships within the United States only. We do not export internationally, including to U.S. territories. Orders shipped to forwarding addresses are at the customer’s risk.

Costs

Flat $14.99 per order, free on orders of $250 or more. The free-shipping threshold applies to the cart subtotal before any discount.

Delivery time

Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Most orders leave our facility within one business day, and arrive at the destination within 48 hours of dispatch.

Tracking

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as the shipment is in the carrier’s hands. Tracking is provided through the carrier’s native dashboard.

Discreet packaging

Packages ship in plain, unbranded outer packaging. The return address reads as a generic shipping handler — no Puripep marking, no indication of contents on the label.

Temperature-controlled shipping

Peptides that require temperature control are packed with an insulated cold pack at no additional cost. The cold pack is sized to the destination ZIP — longer transit zones receive larger thermal mass.

Carrier choice

We dispatch through UPS, FedEx, USPS or DHL depending on the destination and the temperature requirements of the order. The carrier is selected automatically; you cannot choose your preferred carrier at checkout.

Missing packages

If the tracking shows delivered but you have not received the package, please wait 24 hours — carrier-marked deliveries usually turn up. If it still hasn’t arrived, contact the local carrier facility, file a missing-package claim, then forward the claim reference to contact@puripep.com and we will coordinate a reshipment.
